What a motley crew!! (2 years ago..........we've got better with age! Honest)

WEST HILL.COM

So how do we get to our peak physical condition? Before each game we naturally go through a series of warm up routines as depicted below:-

Does the skittle ball bounce? Ask Woody!!

We only find 50 is enough!

Get the bowling action right - can be done with or without a ball

Get that strength up - then repeat with other arm!

Don't always have to touch the toes but it helps!

Practice getting up after the 5th pint!

 

So as you can appreciate there's a lot more to skittles than meets the eye!
